Discover Neurodivergent Affirming Counselling Services

with Liv Noël Dakkak MSW RSW, EMDR trained psychotherapist

Welcome!

I’m Liv (they/them) — an autistic and ADHD therapist passionate about helping neurodivergent, queer, and chronically ill youth and adults who have spent much of their lives feeling misunderstood finally find a space where they don’t have to mask.

Therapy with me is based in authenticity, curiosity and empathy. You can show up exactly as you are — fidgety, stimming, quiet, nerdy, queer — all of it is welcome here.

I support youth, adults, individuals, and couples who are navigating overwhelm, burnout, trauma, anxiety, identity and relationship struggles. My approach is trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, sex-positive, and rooted in safety and trust.

You deserve to be taken seriously and to feel seen. Let’s start where you are.

I offer sessions in English and French, both in-person in Cornwall ON and virtually across Ontario and Quebec. Alberta coming shortly.

Interested in a free consultation?

I would be happy to connect with you for a free 15-30 minute consultation.

What is a consultation like? Consultations are a chance to ask questions to your therapist, the kind of approaches that they use, and the kind of therapist that they will be in their work with you. In other words, it’s a quick vibe check before we have the first session to see if we’d be a good fit!
